Employee Benefit Measures

The company has always adhered to a sound and sustainable business philosophy and emphasize on employee welfare. The Employee Welfare Committee was established in 2004 to provide monthly benefits, and arrange activities to promote employee welfare measures. The welfare measures are as follows:
(A) Group insurance for all employees with the Company paying all insurance expenses, providing employees with accidents and
  medical coverage.
(B) Provision of consolation payment for employees that were left with difficulties in life due to accidents and other difficult incidents.
(C) Provision of various subsidies including, marriage allowance, birthday allowance and consolation payment for loss of a first degree
  relative.
(D) Various outdoor activities (Travel, banquets).
(E) Regular employee health examinations.
(F) Holiday bonus (In cash or gifts): Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Labor Day, Year-end Bonus.
 
 

Employee Training and Its Implementation

In order to improve the value and work skills of employees and the efficiency and quality of the work, the Company carries out introductory trainings when new employees arrive, and carries out internal training for all employees from time to time. In order to achieve the development of outstanding professionals, the Company also selects employees according to their expertise to take external trainings, and thus improve operational performance and effectively develop work force.
 
 
Retirement System and Its Implementation
The Company has established the Employee Retire Plan according to the Labor Standards Law. According to the provisions. The pension payment is calculated based on the employee's service years and the average salary of the six months prior to retirement. The company provides monthly retirement reserve according to regulations, and is governed by the Labor Pension Supervision Committee and deposited in the Central Trust of China in the name of the committee. Since the implementation of the "Labor Pensions Act" on July 1, 1994, a 6% pension has been paid for employees who choose to apply the to the Act.

The company has always adhered to the concept of labor-management harmony. All operations of the Company are in accordance with the regulations of the Labor Standards Law. Regular labor-management meetings were held. The internal communication channels are smooth. So far, no labor disputes have occurred.
