In coordination with the development of new products, the mold manufacturing for a

quantity of products becomes possible, to lower the risk of developing a new
mold, which can
then be made a model sample for sales development in mercha-
ndise marketing.
Based on the 2-D or 3-D graphic files previded by the customer, through the CAM
software
design program, a precision mold can be manufactured by the automatic
equiqment such as CNC
and electro discharge prcessing.
1.After the completion of the polishing on the workpiece surface and the assembly of
the mold,
we can arrange a plastic molding test and a sample review.
2. Having been accepted by the customer, the mold can be packaged for export or
delivered
straight to a designated plastic molding factory according to the require-
ment of the customer.
3.We can dispatch special personnel support for emergency repairs and design
changes on the
customer’s requests and can provide suggestions for improvement
to increase the yieid and to
reduce the cost.
